Eileen Cannistraci, M.Ed. | Chief Executive Officer
Eileen has been an educator in Pennsylvania for over 25 years, serving as a teacher, lead teacher, literacy coach, assistant principal, principal, and currently as CEO of Insight PA. She has 10 years of experience working at the School District of Philadelphia and has spent 20 years in cyber education. Eileen earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Penn State University, and her master's degree in educational administration from Drexel University. Eileen is committed to working to ensure students receive an education that meets their needs and provides students with opportunities to achieve their goals. She is honored to serve as the CEO and thrilled to lead the team at Insight PA.
Julie Jaszcar, M.Ed. | Chief Academic Officer
Julie worked in special education for over 28 years with over 20 of those years have been in leadership roles. Julie is a graduate from Slippery Rock University earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. Julie attended Duquesne University obtaining her Master’s Degree in School Administration and secured her Principal and Special Education Supervisors Certificates. Julie has spent the last 14 years as an administrator in cyber education. Julie is dedicated to using a team approach to make positive differences in student’s lives and ensuring they reach their greatest potential. Julie lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband and 3 children. She is a devoted Steelers fan and enjoys playing all types of sports.
Beth Jones, M.Ed., M.B.A., SHRP | Chief Operating Officer
Beth has 30+ years of experience in education serving as a teacher – from toddlers to adults, a community college instructor, a charter school founder and COO, a CFO at Insight PA, and now serves as Insight PA’s inaugural COO. Beth holds a B.A. from Immaculata University, a M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Widener University, and a M.B.A. from West Chester University. She is a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certified by HRCI. Beth serves as the President of the Board of the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools and is a long-time champion of public school choice in PA. Beth is married to a public school educator and has two adult sons – both charter school graduates. She is an avid swimmer and loves to read.
Michael Frost, M.Ed. | Chief Technology and Innovation Officer
Michael has worked in education for over 15 years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has served as a middle school principal and taught various grade levels and subjects at the elementary and middle grade levels. He holds multiple certifications including K–12 Principal, Elementary K–6, and Middle Levels 7–9 in English, history, and science. Michael has a BS in elementary education and MS in science education from Lebanon Valley College and completed an Educational Leadership certification program through Cabrini College. Prior to joining Insight PA, he worked with schools across the country as senior analyst for the Program Effectiveness and Analytics team at K12, Inc. He lives in Chester County with his wife, who is a 4th grade teacher, and his daughter.
Johanna N. Best | Director of Reporting and Compliance
Johanna holds a bachelor of science in sport and recreation management with a concentration in event leadership from Temple University's School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management. For over 10 years, she has worked as an administrator supporting schools with data collection, reporting, compliance, and grant management. She is an advocate for youth and high-quality public education.
Kelly Bryniarski, M.Ed. | Elementary Principal
Kelly holds a master's of education in educational leadership and administration from Drexel University. Her bachelor’s degree from Millersville University was in elementary and early childhood education. She has worked in education for over 25 years. The majority of her experience lies in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). She believes that every student can be successful and achieve as long as they receive a high quality education. Kelly enjoys spending time with her three sons, reading, vacationing, and gardening. She is looking forward to serving you and the families and students at ISPA.
Megan Miller, M.Ed. | High School Principal
Megan has worked in education for 16 years, as a teacher, mentor, department chair, assistant principal and principal. She received her master's degree from SUNY Geneseo in Literacy and her Principal Certification from the University of Pittsburgh. Megan strives to create a positive and collaborative learning environment and is focused on supporting students along their paths to success. Megan lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband and two children. She is honored to be a part of leadership team and serve the Insight PA community.
Allison Parry, M.Ed. | Middle School Principal
Allison has been in education for 23 years, 12 of which have been in cyber schools. She served as a Math and Reading Specialist for many years and has worked as an administrator here at Insight PA for 4 years. She received her master’s degree from the College of New Rochelle in New York and her Principal Certification from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. She works hard to build positive relationships with all stakeholders and is passionate about making a positive impact on the entire school community. Allison lives in the Northeast corner of the state and enjoys reading, knitting, and traveling.
Sarah Ronosky, MS, M.Ed. | Director of Special Education
Sarah is a proud alumni from West Virginia University, earning her bachelor’s and a master’s of science in special education. She has spent over 10 years in the classroom as a special education teacher for students with disabilities. Her desire to be a life-long learner propelled her to continue her education by earning a master’s in education for curriculum and instruction with a concentration in behavior analysis from Arizona State University. Sarah has held multiple roles since coming to Insight PA including Transition Coordinator and Special Education Supervisor. Sarah lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, 3 children and many pets. She is a devoted book enthusiast and enjoys time outdoors. Sarah leads her team with passion and dedication to advocate for students in the special education program.
Jessica Wright, M.Ed. | Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Formerly Insight PA’s middle school principal, Jessica is certified in elementary and special education. She also holds a master’s degree in curriculum, instruction, and assessment, as well as her Principal Certification for grades K–12. Jessica spent the first half of her career as a middle school special education teacher in Pittsburgh Public Schools. She entered cyber education over 10 years ago as a middle school teacher. For the last several years, she has been in a leadership role focused on student achievement and engagement. Jessica is honored to be a part of the Insight PA team. She is passionate about serving the students and knows each student can achieve success!
