Lauren Ardiff, Middle School Science Teacher
Mrs. Ardiff, holds a BA in biology from Arcadia University and an MEd in elementary education from University of Phoenix. She is currently certified as a level two instructor with a concentration in middle level science. The 2020–2021 school year marks her 10th academic year in education and her fifth academic year in online instruction. She comes to ISPA with teaching experience from a variety of positions within Pennsylvania. She loves to teach life science.
Danielle Darmo, Sixth Grade Math/Science Teacher
Mrs. Darmo holds a BA in elementary education from Grove City University and an MATL in education from NOVA Southeastern University. The 2020–2021 school year marks her 15th academic year in education and her second academic year with online instruction. She comes to ISPA with teaching experience from New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. She loves to teach math and earth science.
Christan Glennon, Special Education Teacher
Mrs. Glennon is in her 12th year as a special education teacher. She received her BA from LaSalle University in elementary special education and her Master of Science from Gwynedd Mercy University as a certified reading specialist. Mrs. Glennon has taught students in every grade from early intervention to seniors in high school. She spent most of her years in the school district of Philadelphia specializing in emotional support, learning support, and autistic support. Mrs. Glennon lives in Montgomery County with her husband and five children.
Anne Hopkins, Middle School History/Social Studies Teacher
Ms. Hopkins is originally from Wilmington, Delaware. She has been teaching for 10 years, and this is her third year teaching in an online format. She holds a BA in history from the University of Delaware, an MAT in secondary social studies from Manhattanville College, and an MA in educational policy and leadership from Ohio State University. She has taught in Connecticut, Ohio, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. She loves to travel, visit museums, run, and be outside.
Lisa Eller, Middle School Advisor
Ms. Eller is currently the middle school advisor for ISPA, serving as a contributor on the FAST team. She attended Ohio State University and earned a BA in education from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She is a CTA certified coach with ICF accreditation and over 20 years of leadership, parenting, and classroom teaching experience. Ms. Eller combines her additional experiences as a private tutor, parenting teacher, community volunteer, and mother of three to guide families in making positive, healthy choices. She believes that through a strong team approach to academic and emotional support, students can be equipped with the tools necessary to achieve the powerful goals they set for themselves.
Jaclyn Snyder, School Counselor
Mrs. Snyder holds a BA in psychology with a minor in child development and family relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MEd in school counseling with K–12 certification also from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Snyder comes to ISPA with counseling experiences ranging from residential group homes to public schools and charter schools, including partial hospitalization programs and alternative education programs. She most recently worked closely with children in foster care and their educational records to ensure success in their school placements. Mrs. Snyder loves to incorporate students' creativity into her counseling lessons.
